8700k - Can't change voltage

I have tried changing the voltage through BIOS and Intel XTU but it stays at 1.344v no matter what. I need a bit higher of a voltage for a 5ghz overclock so this really bothers me. Any suggestions on what I can do?

What application are you using/where are you seeing that voltage stays at 1.344? Are you sure you're looking at Vcore and not VID?
