I was getting 4900mhz just fine at 1.265v on P95. Its been a few days and I havent messed with much. I even went back to default settings, then changed everything back to what I remember and no dice.

Now when I play heavy load games like CSGO or PUBG my cpu caps out at 4600mhz even though my max frequency is 4900mhz on HWmonitor but when I'm under full load it goes back down to 4600mhz and stays there. I first noticed this last night. Based on googling and what people told others, I'll tell you that my temps are just fine, max temp of 73c during p95 but still locks at 4600mhz.

I upped my Vcore just to test that up to 1.31v and it still capped out at 4600mhz.

Someone in other threads was talking about the VRM and also about the wattage to the CPU is not sufficient or something and thats causing it? Whats strange is this was not happening for several days I was playing PUBG with HWmonitor open and I was at a constant 4900mhz and now even during P95 its at 4600mhz max even though it does regulalry peak at 4900mhz but then quickly downregulates to 4600mhz

It was my AVX offset causing the 4600mhz but now I am realizing even with manual vcore, AVX with no offset causes some Vcore spikes (still safe at 1.31) but I'd like to have no spikes....

XMP is enabled but Multi-core enhancement is not becuase I read that on t hese z370 boards from ASUS as of now the multicore enhancement is asking for insane vcore (which I did notice before I messed with my system I had spikes to over 1.4v) but now that I am using manual vcore maybe it wont happen and ill try to turn it back on

ps i am OC'd to 4.9mhz not 4.7
