8700k with DDR4 3600 VCCIO VCCSA safe values?

I have VCCSA 1.200 and VCCIO set to 1.100 in the bios manually. I have my i7 8700k running at 4.7ghz all the time. It is set to a 1.245 vcore in vios and reads a 1.248 in HWinfo.

The actual values in HWinfo are VCCSA 1.224 and VCCIO 1.128 (min 1.120 max 1.128)

Are these safe values? Do I need to raise any or lower any? And could anyone who knows explain why? PC hasnt had a crash since I put these values in. Destiny 2 has had a software crash once in the last 2 weeks playing 6-10 hours a day. Not sure why though.

The default XMP values seemed really high, in the red in MSI command center program, so I copied the values someone said to do on reddit. I updated my BIOS today due to reading about the spectre thing, and when redoing the values I wondered if I did them right.

First all voltages should be as low as possible, you wont get them there without extensive stability testing.

The SA and IO voltages you are using are fine.

Straight from ASUS OC guide,http://edgeup.asus.com/2017/kaby-lake-overclocking-guide/3/ DDR4-3600 ~ DDR4-4266 - IO 1.15V~1.30V SA 1.20V~1.35V, if you can run your ram stable at a lower value then so much the better. Less heat, bla bla bla.
