88DT1 Motherboard SSD compatibility

I have a Inspiron 3847 with a 88DT1 MB and would like to put a PCI SSD in it.

What specs do I need to look for? Any recommendations on a 500Gb card?

If MB has at least SATA2 connector and BIOS has AHCI option for SATA, it should work.
