PSU to GPU Help: Pcie

Hi there, had a question as I go into my first build:

I have a 7800xt GPU on the way, and an RM750E PSU that I have been studying.

I recently saw where you are not supposed to use pigtail connectors for the GPU power slots (the 7800xt has two 8 pin plugs). You're apparently supposed to use two separate 8-pin pcie cables...

My question is: can I use an 8-pin single cord alongside a cord that has the pigtail? My power supply didn't come with two cords that were just single eight pins. It came with one cord that was single and one as a daisy chain... I've tried watching tons of videos online but I never really see a good shot of the individual cords that are in my GPU.

Thanks in advance.

The website for that power supply shows 2 separate 8 pin EPS 12V cables are supposed to be included. Did you already receive it with only 1 cable and can you return it? Or do you need more 8 pin cables for your motherboard? There are 2 6+2 cables included which you could use for that.

I think it only came with two, one of which is a pigtail... But per my question, is it ok to use the pigtail cord, without the pigtail part being used, and another cord?
