Question 8bitdo ultimate c dont connet bluetooth

I bought an 8bitdo ultimate c bluetooth controller, but I cannot connect it to my computer via bluetooth (my computer has bluetooth) but it can connect to my phone, how can I solve this problem?

There is no problem to be solved. It's not intended to be used with PC's.

When I connect the console with a cable, I can use it without any problems and this controller can be played easily in 2.4G.

There are different versions.

Bluetooth is for Switch.
2.4g is for WindowsSteamDeck/Android.

If you bought the bluetooth version for use with a PC, you bought the wrong one.
