8GB 390 is only showing as 4095MB in CPU-Z

See the thing thats labed "Perf Label" change it from Current to level 1. Also CPU Z is mostly made for CPU's so I would imagine they dont have GPU accuracy on they're priority list. Download GPU-Z to check for sure and send a screenshot of GPU-Z thanks.

I guess it is just faulty software, setting it to Perf Label -1 didn't change anything besides the displayed core frequencies.
