Im having this issue with my ram that it say that i only have a certain amount of ram usuable in my properties of my pc: http://gyazo.com/1a2ab0219c5183ad9cd4045a28a66583

Here's my current build and my RAM isn't the one in the pcpartpicker build it's some regular adata branded RAM.

Windows uses some of the system RAM for itself, and it sets other memory aside for things like the screen buffer. The more VRAM your gfx card has, the more it may set aside for the screen buffer. It may set aside more than it needs and then release some of that as needed. For instance, Win7 shows my 16 GB of system memory to have only 12GB available.
 


I found the issue to my problem so i don't know what you're talking about. I went into msconfig>Boot>and unticked whatever was at the top right
