For the past few hours I have been trying to remove this connector but all attempts have failed. The connector won’t budge, I tried wiggling, using lots of force and even a flathead screwdriver to pry it up but nothing has worked please help

there should be a release tab on one side of the plug, press the tab and it will release the lock securing the cable.
24 -pin ATX, 12V CPU AUX will have lock tabs like this.
iu

that tab in the middle needs to be depressed at the top to free the plug.

some OEMs hot glue cables to the ports.

if this is not the right cable please post a picture of the cable and the motherboard model number for review.
CPUz is a program that will identify all the hardware if you need it.
