8pin vs 4pin (eps power )

hello.... my motherboard is gigbyte h81 s2pv . It requirs 8pin eps 12v ..but im currently plugged 4pin..then, my question is ,how much performance when i plugged 8pin to motherbord ...... or....how it affects when plugged 8pin.... in gaming

Intel pentium g3250 prosesser
8gb kingston hyper x fury ram
Msi r7 370 armor 2x vga
Gaming 450w power supply
Windows 10

8-pin is rated to deliver 288watts versus the 4-pin 144watts. Your CPU is 53 watts. The 4 pin is fine for it.
