A monitor connects to a gpu with a display cable.

If you give us actual details as to what you want on these 9 monitors, it would help us help you.

Cat6 and monitors does not help in any way. They have nothing to do with each other.

Connect a cable to the monitor. And if you have 2 videocards obviously they'll have to have the connections on them
