Hi guys, as an addict player is the first time that I don't know how to fix that problem.
I created my on PC "Gamer" but I still lagging sometime drop of FPS and sometimes BOTH.
I'll describe some situation that is the main problem.

CS:GO - Mainly drop of FPS, my usual FPS is 90 then drop to 40 (it goes and back) doing simple things until when I'm just walking.

Mu Global Online (MMORPG) - When I play with 1 account the CPU is with 20%, it is possible open as many accounts you want, my maximum is 4 I know people with same configs as mine and can open more than 6 or 8 accounts. I never went after those 4 because as showing that is 100% I'm affraid to mess it up.

league of legends - I face almost the same as CS:GO Drop of FPS but with increase in the MS (millisecond) High Ping.

Temperature of the CPU and GPU is normal.

At home I'll post some prints and if possible I'll record a video

Mother Board M5A97 LE R2.0
Memory Kingston Hyperx fury 16gb
SSD 480 (390 Free)
GeForce GT 740 2GB ddr5
FX8370E Black Edition
Power Supply 750M real
Processor Cooler 120mm (not the original)
Windows 10

the gt 740 2gb ddr5 isnt really a good gaming card it tends to tank also make sure your cpu is not thermal throttling

8 core fx get extremely hot and put strain on the vrns what type of case are you using ?

as id recomend a top down cooler to blow air over the vrms this prevents the chip from throttling AXP-200 is a good cooler

as for a graphics card id recomend 1050 ti or 1060 or 470 amd or 480 amd

depending were your budget is and what you wanna use it for for cs go and mmorpg a 1050 ti would be enough

and would support 1080p gaming at medium on most titles

I would like to change the Graphic card but I' not sure if it will solve the problem as everything is basically new and I not sure if the GPU "problem" can carry some problem to CPU capacity..
* I checked the temperature and is always 28 - 29C

your gpu is seriously underpowered its the one casualty of your rig alot of games are gpu bound more then cpu

also depends on what resolution your playing and what settings your at also check your internet connection also

The cause IS your GT 740. It's not great for what you're wanting. Seriously, get something better if you want to fix the problem. I would suggest a GTX 1050. It's affordable between $130-160. Also, it's not wonder your CPU is maxing, why are you running 4 instances of an MMO? That's senseless unless you're a money or exp farmer for some company.

By the way, you say the temperature is around 29C, not sure if you're talking about the GPU or the CPU. Make sure you have your monitor PLUGGED INTO the GPU, and not the motherboarrd.

Thanks for you attention, on the image that I attached is showing the temperature, I'm so sad that i bought somethin that is not good enought, I'll keep looking for some evidence of the problem, because I'm considering that the GPU it is not using even 50% of his capacity as you can see on the images attached... so it make me believe that the GPU is not a problem..
