~90% RAM usage with almost no programs running

Hello, for around 5 days, something is using about 7.9/8.0GB of my RAM and i almost can't use my PC. I have tried disabling superfetch, doing full-scan, updating drivers and many other things but nothing seem to work. The only temporary solution i found is opening the Device Manager and clicking the "Scan for changes" (or something like that) button and restarting, but after some hours the RAM usage goes up again.

Hey, try downloading RamMap (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/rammap). After running it lemme know what it has to say and I MIGHT be able to help you.
