The thing I'd want to know is - I've imported stuff from the EU and Japan before and I've got hit with high import fees from my government but I know that's not the case with every country. If you have the option to buy locally to avoid high costs associated with importing goods, it would be better IMO. If I could avoid paying import taxes on products I would definitely try to do so.

Sure but in EU there is no taxes. Only thing you need to pay is delivery costs. If I do order from mindfactory I pay only 30$ delivery.
Still it is 100 € cheaper than local store.

It's not really *THAT* slower - if you look at any CPU hierarchy chart (that's not CPU Boss) it shows every single CPU that's in the i5 - i7 range is not that...
I think this is good.
https://www.mindfactory.de/shopping_cart.php/basket_action/load_basket_extern/id/720f58220687faf132fdc158f475c67b07c5226f112678536e2

Bit over the budget. But in my opinion it is worth it.
Case is that 50-100 € more.. That is better buy from local store.
Fractal R4 is good case.
http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/Fractal-Define-R4-Midi-Tower-ohne-Netzteil-schwarz_807433.html
If you think you do not need so big SSD then take smmaller 128GB. Samsung PRO is better than evo.
Sandisk Ultra Plus is cheap but really fast. I think it is better buy bigger 256GB than small 120GB but hey maybe that is just me.

Links to a store in Germany won't really help an OP who is in the Netherlands and plans to buy locally.

That setup is a good start, I would change a couple of things:

1. If you're not overclocking then go with the i5-4430. If you are overclocking then make sure to get the unlocked 4670K (more than worth the extra € 20: http://www.dixons.nl/computers/componenten/processoren/16007378/intel-core-i5-4670k-s1150.html?prs=1#.UhzYTD9cBiM

2. Then you will need a cooler to overclock, so I would suggest a low cost cooler like this: http://www.dixons.nl/computers/componenten/koelers/15287723/cooler-master-hyper-212-evo.html?prs=1

3. I would also replace that power supply, low end Cooler Master units are not known for build quality. This would be better: http://www.alternate.nl/XFX/XFX+PRO650W_Core_Edition,_650_Watt_voeding/html/product/691356/?click_HP=21655

4. I definitely second the case suggestions in the above post but I'd stick with the Samsung 840 Evo - it's currently one of the fastest drives on the market.

Hello again. You are moderator and you must hate me. But here we go .. :)
Yeah. I think it better buy fron mindfactory because it cheaper place. We do that all the time. You live in USA so you really do NOT know how or where in EU is good buy pc parts. You do not know that HW versand is delivering parts for 20 country in EU.

And no for CPU. 4430 is slowest cpu of all i5 and same price as the 4670k you can have intel xeon 1230V3 and that is lot faster.
It do have HT + 8 treads. Much better buy. Than slow 4430. Xeon do not have iGPU but really you do not need one in gaming macine.
Or CAD machine. And in CAD xeon is best choice OP can make. And cooler master is more like joke if the other option is Super Flower. But you do not have it in USA 😀 Same psu btw as the rosewill.
Look test. http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story&reid=229
http://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/3832/super_flower_golden_green_sf_800p14xe_800w_power_supply_review/index.html

Maybe you can find 600w test.

The cooler is really silent. If OP like noice drop it. Or take cheaper. But this can work with out fan if you use xeon.

Super Flower is best PSU in market. No other can do better PSU cheaper. Five year warranty and modular. That is really good.
XFX is not even close super flower quality. Look here. http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/600-Watt-Super-Flower-Golden-Green-Modular-80--Gold_643262.html

470 units sold. Send backs are just 1% Cmoon :) You really cant find better psu that price.
Or if you like non modular than you can take 550w
http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/550-Watt-Super-Flower-Golden-Green-PRO-Non-Modular-80--Gold_688894.html

I think I need to ask moderator to prove how fast the EVO is? Sure you can find test. And PRO is faster.

Thanks to ur fast replies!

I think i stick with the 128 GB SSD since the PRO version is like 30 euro more expensive.
I change my PSU to the XFX PRO 650W. Would a 550W supply be enough, since they are much cheaper from XFX?

The case u suggested, Fractal Design R4, here is 95 euro, http://www.alternate.nl/Fractal_Design/Fractal_Design+Define_R4_Black_Pearl,_behuizing/html/product/1010807/?event=search, and gets a 5/5 score so i think its worth to consider this. But is it really that better than a Corsair 200r case?

Whoa, sorry, I didn't mean it like that.

Yeah. I think it better buy fron mindfactory because it cheaper place. We do that all the time. You live in USA so you really do NOT know how or where in EU is good buy pc parts. You do not know that HW versand is delivering parts for 20 country in EU.

It's not really *THAT* slower - if you look at any CPU hierarchy chart (that's not CPU Boss) it shows every single CPU that's in the i5 - i7 range is not that noticeable from one unit to the other. I do not advocate buying a Xeon because they require more expensive workstation motherboards and slower ECC RAM. That can really add up to far more than the OP's budget. They may be faster but the slower, more expensive workstation specific ECC RAM doesn't justify buying the Xeon over an i5 - i7.

Or CAD machine. And in CAD xeon is best choice OP can make. And cooler master is more like joke if the other option is Super Flower. But you do not have it in USA 😀 Same psu btw as the rosewill.

Definitely agree there. We do have OEMs like EVGA, PC Power & Cooling, and NZXT that resell Super Flower units so we do get some extremely high quality power supplies there.

Here's a few USA sold Super Flower PSUs that I usually recommend:

- EVGA Supernova: http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story&reid=346
- PC Power & Cooler Silencer MKIII: http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story&reid=304
- Cooler Master V1000: http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story&reid=344
- NZXT Hale 90: http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story&reid=199

470 units sold. Send backs are just 1% Cmoon :) You really cant find better psu that price.
Or if you like non modular than you can take 550w
http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/550-Watt-Sup...

That's a pretty respectable ratio there. Can't argue with that!

I think I need to ask moderator to prove how fast the EVO is? Sure you can find test. And PRO is faster.

Well after seeing the benchmarks, you are right the Pro is faster: http://anandtech.com/bench/product/965?vs=665

The Evo is a more cost friendly alternative though and still Samsung quality.

The thing I'd want to know is - I've imported stuff from the EU and Japan before and I've got hit with high import fees from my government but I know that's not the case with every country. But it is. IT is CPU BOSS because it is cheap and fast. No need for ECC memory. Normal memory works just fine.
http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=Intel+Xeon+E3-1230+V2+%40+3.30GHz
Now again it is much cheaper in EU than it is in USA. Intel is surprised how how popular the Xeon 1230V2 and V3 is in my country.

Well after seeing the benchmarks, you are right the Pro is faster: http://anandtech.com/bench/product/965?vs=665

The Evo is a more cost friendly alternative though and still Samsung quality.

Well we really do not know is EVO good or not? And sandisk is cheap so.. Reliability is good both drives.
Now again. Samsung evo is only 120GB? And for example sandisk ultra plus is 128GB drive. If price is same Id get bigger :)

The case u suggested, Fractal Design R4, here is 95 euro, http://www.alternate.nl/Fractal_Design/Fractal_Design+D..., and gets a 5/5 score so i think its worth to consider this. But is it really that better than a Corsair 200r case?

Corsair is good cheap case. If budget is 50 € There is other good options like Bitfenix and Fractal core is good too.
http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/BitFenix-Shinobi-USB-3-0-Midi-Tower-ohne-Netzteil-schwarz_734345.html
And if you like how 200R looks then it best for you. I like lot case like anidees. Really nice looking case.
Other place where you can find cheap price is HW versand. Look there too. And try how price is working trugh here.
http://geizhals.de/intel-xeon-e3-1230v3-bx80646e31230v3-a954057.html
http://www.hardwareversand.de/articledetail.jsp?aid=78093&agid=2212&pvid=4nvv9h2u2_hkvxepns&ref=13

Get the xeon it the best choice for not OC usage. In games it delivers 10FPS more. And it faster than intel 2011 3820!
For its price it really good deal. You will not be disappointed if you take it. It is lot cooler than 4670 or 4770
It is same cpu as the 4770 , No iGPU and HT + 8 treads. Really fast and good price/ power value.
