can 920m 2GB with i5-5200u and 8GB RAM run FIFA 17? And will it run FIFA 18?

Yeah it should be able to run the game ok but be prepared to turn down the settings quite a bit to get a playable experience out of it. As long as you're fine with that you won't have a problem.
