Hello!
What is a good option 9th gen upgrade for this cpu?
I recently upgraded to a rtx 4060 and im feeling that my cpu cant keep up with my gpu (bottlenecking right?)
What is a good upgrade for this?

"Feeling" means very little.

What objective data do you have? Have you tried running benchmarks with your previous GPU and compared it to the new GPU?

What were your expectations?

What resolution are you playing at?

What are the specs of the rest of your system?

Posted the specs.
I wanted to upgrade from a gtx 1070 Ti
and went for a rtx 4060 and am definetly happy with the upgrade.
but in some games although on recommended settings for the game i experience stutter
even when at 60 fps, like micro stutters and unstable frames
Im playing in 1080p on a 60hz monitor.

Honestly depending on what you're playing the PCIe 3.0 might be a bigger problem than your CPU because the 4060 is an 8 lane card. I haven't seen any written reviews covering the 4060 scaling, but if it's anything like the 4060 Ti and 6600 XT it can be a problem.

CPU upgrade wise anything is probably going to cost more than it's worth (performance uplift wise).
