95 TDP CPU on a 95 TDP Motherboard

I'm wondering if I can overclock my FX-4300 on my Asrock 960GC-GS FX motherboard?
Will there be any room left for overclocking since the max TDP for the mobo is 95W?

Yes it will, it is not a good mobo for OCing but since that is a low end CPU it should OC at least 500mhz

The board doesn't have a good thermal design for overclocking.
