How do you feel about socket 2011, quad channel ram and Xeons? IMO 120gb is too small for a main drive so i just omitted the ssd. Go for at least 256gb if your going to get one.

Solution
What type screen, resolution, frame rate ... ?

The thing is, new video cards are rolling by mid-Summer and either going big now or waiting until then is how you need to roll

Spend $250-$300 on your CPU/Mobo/RAMs and $400-$450 on your graphics. Snag an R9 390x or a GTX 980.

An i5 Haswell or AMD FX- will work just dandy.
