I'd chuck that whole build - Apevia power supplies are absolute crap - among the absolute worst in the industry (NEVER, under any circumstances, cheap out on the PSU). Hitachi HDs aren't good either. 4GB of RAM won't get you very far these days and you lose quite a bit of functionality with H77 and 2500K.
