9500gt ddr3 or 4650 ddr2?

both cards are priced at exactly the same amount and its just really between these two cards. for the love of god dont reccommend me any other cards just help me choose between these two cards and ill really appreciate it smile.gif

btw all requirements of both cards are met by my rig

should i even upgrade my card? i play at 1280x1024 resolution and my psu is 430w

I see no reason to upgrade your card, in the charts it says that it takes at least 3 tiers to see any noticeable change. Unless your card is failing right now, just keep saving money.
