960 psu requirements

As a rule, the graphics card is what determines your psu needs.
I find this chart most helpful:

It includes allowance for usual peripherals .
If your prospective card is highly overclocked and needs additional power, add 75w.

I have no problem overprovisioning a PSU a bit. Say 20%.
It will run cooler, quieter, and more efficiently in the middle third of it's range.
A PSU will only use the wattage demanded of it, regardless of it's max capability.

I recommend stronger to allow for a stronger future graphics upgrade.

And... do not cheat on quality.
Buy a tier 1 or 2 unit from a list such as this:

A GTX960 will generally need a single 6 pin connector which will be found on 450w class power supplies.
