Good day, all. I was wondering if anyone could help with my problem.
I recently purchased a samsung 970 evo plus but my problem is that it's not being detected by my motherboard (ultra m.2 slot). Here's my specs and what I've tried so far. The purpose of it is to make it my new game drive and it will be a part for a potential upgrade later down the line.
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
MB: Asrock B450M Steel Legend (bios version is 4.60)
Storage: x1 Samsung 850 EVO 2.5 (boot drive)
x1 WD Blue 1TB (current game drive)
RAM: T force delta 2x8 3200mhz
Things that I've tried so far:

Things that I've tried so far:
- I went ahead and tried the 970 evo plus on my friend's PC. his board is a ROG Strix B450F gaming ii and his CPU is a Ryzen 5 3600.
- Borrowed his NVME drive and it worked like a charm. (though his is a gen 3x4. Mine, I'm not so sure if I purchased the updated 970 evo plus gen4 or the gen3 one.)
