970 Gaming MSI motherboard NO BEEPs

Hello everybody, I saw many posts on this forum, but no one helped me.
I have
SSD Samsung EVO
970 motherboard MSI
ASUS 7870 HD VGA
Corsair 650
When I press power on, every fan works fine, red light fine too.
No beeps, keyboard doesn't light, no picture on monitor.

If the fans turn on at high speed when turning on it could be a fault in the motherboard.
This is the reason why there is no display.
