I'd imagine that with a heavy overclock on the cpu and using afterburner or precision x to set the gpu power target to 110 would make 200fps in warzone achievable. But with that comes crazy high temps, and is not controllable with air cooling.
One thing I would suggest is to not worry about getting 200 fps in a game like warzone. Warzone is much more cpu demanding, hence more of a bottleneck, than multiple player is and is poorly optimized. Where 200fps vs 110 fps would make a difference is a game like Global Offense, the game is optimized around performance. Honestly, you would probably notice very little difference between 144hz and 240hz, the difference between 120hz and 144z for me was slightly noticeable.
As long as you are getting a consistent 110 fps and are playing on the settings you like than you are all set. Again, you have an amazing pc, just enjoy it. And if there is anything you want to upgrade, upgrade to 1440p 144hz .
