[SOLVED] 9700K with 2060? or 9600K with a 2070?

I am looking to upgrade my current build from an i5 6600k/Raden RX 480 to something newer.

I can either go for a 9700K/RTX 2060 or a 9600K/ 2070

I'm hesitant buying the 9700k because i don't know if the $300 price increase is worth it, but i also don't want to limit my build in future years and newer titles and am looking for advice to see which combo is better.

how about i5 9600k with 2070? if you need the extra cores and threads then get it.
