970a ds3p supported cpu and ram

Hello all, I have just bought a gigabyte ga 970a ds3p motherboard and ddr3 1600 ram. I plan on getting an fx 8350 to go with it, but am having to wait a while for it. I currently have a phenom ii x4 945 deneb, which this mobo supports, but I have ddr2 currently. Is there anyway my phenom would be able to support the ddr3 1600 so I could use new mobo until I am able to buy my fx 8350...the phenom ii x4 945 says it supports up to 1333 ddr3, would it run on 1600? Or will I have to wait it out.

Not a good board for a 125w CPU , sub par thermal design and a poor power phase setup of 4+2.

the FX 8300 is the best cpu you should put in there and NO overclocking

Will my deep cool gammaxx 400 be a good cooler for fx 8300

With no overclocking the Gammax is a great choice for the 8300.
