970A-G43 jumper? When should I use it?

My MSI 970A-G43 came with a jumper, this being my first build I have no idea what its for or if its damaging my pc not having it in while I use it. The manual only said it cleared some ram of sorts in the motherboard.

Should I have this plugged in?

Can you be a bit more specific as to what pins it indicates that it is used for?

You should have no need to use any jumpers. The only one that is commonly used is to clear the CMOS.
