970GTX graphics issue?

Idk how to describe it, but it annoys me. In certain games, usually higher graphic quality games like GTAV and Ark. (also saw a bit of it in Rocket League, but its harder to see) There is tiny numbers/ digits where reflections should be. Ill attach a picture for GTA5. Please if anyone knows what this is or how to fix it let me know.

Im asking for more opinions. Bump = bumping the thread back to the top after it gets buried in the pages due to inactivity.
Your suggestion about "check your graphics settings, like reflections" isn't telling me anything. Am I to turn them off, turn them to max, etc. What am I "checking" for.
