Hey there new to pc gaming and well pcs in general, just got a pc from a friend, a mini atx i think. was wandering if its possible to put in a bigger case, and if theres any pros/cons to this.

I wouldn't bother transplanting anything over. That prebuilt has a load of proprietary hardware which was designed specifically for the small form factor chassis it's in;

in order to help you clean the internals but I wouldn't do much on that limited platform, IMHO.
