98% updated - not ready

Archived from groups: alt.games.half-life (More info?)

"Opposing Force" has been at 98% and "not ready" for a long time. Have
tried everything. Deleting caches, configs, new Steam account. Still
98%. Seems to work OK anyway Anyone else noticed this problem?

Have you tried running it? That might force Steam to complete the download.

Yep, works OK, but still is at 98%. Maybe I'll unplug the network and
see if it works offline as well to be sure (then it's no problem).
