980 TI oc messed up

Asus z170 mark s
Samsung 960 evo/ 950 pro 250 gb /256 gb
650 w psu 80+ bronse

I dont know what to do.
It runs at 1477?
My heaven benchmark score of 2628 tells me its running at 1477?
Similar result have oc'ed to ~1500

Yes - it runs at 1477mhz.
That circled area in GPU-Z is just frequency table entries. To see actual frequency, switch to sensors tab in GPU-Z.

but +275 in msi afterburner is pushing it to 1477?
the boost clock of this card is like sub 1100 stock?
and why is heaven showing 1660?


Edit: boost clock is 1075
1075?(or 1000?) + 275 = 1350 (1275)
1477 - 1350(1275) = 127(202)
something is adding 127 or 202 to the core clock speed
