Only the Amd tracking overlay that you can observe in the video.
Steam overlay is disabled,
I would run without any overlay as there are numerous examples of this also causing stuttering.

I assume you have tested with something like HWINFO to ensure the VRM isnt overheating on the motherboard or memory / VRM on the gpu or any outliers in terms of temp in any way. We often check cpu and gpu but there can be others.

From looking at the PSU specs then it looks like there is a 16pin to 2 x 8pin which is not the cable I was thinking of. My apologies as you did highlight this in blue above. I thought it was an 8pin Pcie to split pcie. This explains why you dont have an additional cable. This cable should be able to provide more than enough power as long as you are using both cables and not the secondary 8pin from 1 cable.
Its one cable thats plugged into the blue socket, and it has two branches, both those are plugged into the gpu..

Running an Complete full system test with OCCP, with everything on extreme does not cause any overheating or any crazy temps, cpu and gpu does not even exceed 80c at full blast.
I doubt its a heating issue, and when using monitoring software in games, all temps are fine.

I think OCCP is built on HWINFO data so I assume all motherboard VRM and GPU hot-spot and memory temps are also fine. It was more these secondary temps that I was thinking of but if you say they are ok then that is rules out I guess.

All chipset drivers are fully up to date as well I assume? Windows installed in offline mode to prevent default driver installs?

Not going to lie bit running out if things to try other than swapping components out. Is this an option? Can you test certain items in other systems and visa versa?

When running something like 3dmark are you getting scores roughly where you should be for the hardware?

im 97% certain that (all my drivers, windows and settings are up to date)
I have looked thru Process lasso for processes aswell and nothing really out of the ordinary.
Everything is up to date.

Im not sure about 3dmark scores, i have it on steam, and i did run it long ago and it was fine, havent compared to other people's specs tho.

Unfortionally i cannot swap out parts.. Id have to RAMA piece by piece in hopes of figuring out what is causing this.. And we are very poor, i got half of my pc part's on a payment plan, so iv avoidable id rather not have to go thru the trouble of trying new components..

However, it might be unavoidable at this stage.

Have you had Process Lasso installed this whole time? This can also cause stuttering at times despite its intention of assisting in this issue.

Just enabeled docp:1 but lowered the ram speed from 6400 to 6000, then i ran a OCCP max system test for 20 min, seams to be quite stable. However this has always fluctuated.. I ran tests at 6400 and it was stable, then later it decided not to be stable, guess we will see..

No, i havent ran process lasso this entire time. I downloaded process lasso to try and solve the stuttering, and it does help in games such as BDO, it helps managing cores, disabeling core 0 etc.
And if i dident have stuttering, i wouldent had downloaded it to begin with:sweatsmile:

Ok well kept the updates on the RAM stability coming. 6000 is the sweet spot so that will at least help you get the most out your memory. You might even be able to get timings down at some point.

I am sure Process Lasso can help. It seems to be a good program in certain circumstances. Where I am going however is that during all these tests has it been installed? To effectively test we would want a clean slate or as clean a slate as possible. Ideally a Clean windows install with all drivers etc but nothing else.( if possible) No AMD overlays. No process Lasso or anything that can skew results. I stopped using afterburner rivatuner overlay as an example due to it causing me issues in certain games. It feels that a lot has been tried and it will be hard to pinpoint the exact issue without going back to the beginning.

I feel that possibly a back to basics route is where I would go at this stage but it really depends on if the faff of a windows reinstall etc is worth it or possible

Honestly i recently re-tested without lasso, and the results are about the same, maybe even a tiny bit more stable.. Still frame drops and stutter tho..
