Is 14900k really a dead model ? because i heard intel fix its issue and now it's even better than AMD 9800X3D !! (4k)
The prices in my country is :

14900k -> 400 $
9800X3D -> 550 $
Ultra 9 285k -> 520 $

For 4K gaming, i heave 14900k is even more powerful then others So what should i do ? which CPU is good to buy now ?

Depends what you want. The intel platforms won't be around as long and the 14900K has its own stability issues. Maybe look at a 7800X3D

Yes 14900k is dead. Intel's fixes actually lowered performance, to keep the chip from fying itself. The 285k isn't really all that much better than a 12700k, in gaming. If the 7800x3d is available for less, it's still a very valid option. As you are playing 4k, even a regular 9700x is fine. At least then you are on a platform with an upgrade path.

If it is purely gaming then I would go the 9800x3d without a doubt. If there is a decent price difference then the 7800x3d is also a very good processor.

If you need other uses such as productivity of some description then what is the price of a 14700k?

At 4k resolution, the graphics card becomes most important.
Any of the listed processors would be fine.

Intel has found and fixed the root cause of it's issues.
If you buy the 14900K, buy a new one, not a used one that might have been damaged by previous misuse.
If you update your motherboard to currency and do not attempt to overclock, there should be no issue.
