Each time i try to open a page up, a message comes up that i am a hotmail winner ( i dont use hotmail) i cant get rid of it?

I copied all the instructions to do this but each time i began downloading the malware file it would close my computer down so i didnt even get to the scanning stage ???/

Hi shells2u2 did u follow the directions?

At what point what exactly happen?

Any error messages?

Hi There,

I started it in safe mode and ran the full scan. It gets about 6-7 mins into it and then it all stops, screen goes black and the only sign that comes up is "No Signal" I then turn it on again and it just shows normal desktop, no message about the scan running or anything?
