Question 99% Ram load with little apps running

Hello!
Ram : Corsair Vengence 2x8gb @3200mhz
Moba : MSI z170a gaming m5

I'm am casually playing games and such and all of a sudden I'm getting a studder on all of my programs. This happens a lot of the times and every time it happens it is fixed by simply restart my computer. It's starting to become an inconvenience. I made sure my motherboard is fully updated with MSI's live update 6 I install every new driver update and everything the problem still persists.

To note this usually happens a few hours after a restart or initial power on.

I just restarted my computer because it became unbearable to use I will send them promptly when it happens next
