Tried prime95 26.6 min/max FFTs 12 as suggested by derbauer in his 9900k OC video.
Passed 2 hours of testing with these settings with no errors.
9900k 4.9ghz 1.29v and ram 4266mhz 1.45v.
z390 phantom gaming 6 (has the ram in the QVL)
(max 85C on CPU package)

After doing the prime95 for 2 hours I have played games for 2 days, and just today this happend:
Crashed in my browser while watching a video, and having Valorant in start menu in the background(tabbed down)
With the error IRQL not less or equal. Any suggestion ?

Solution
How well you do will be determined by your luck in getting a good chip.
As of 2/6/2019 from silicon lottery:
What percent can get an overclock at a somewhat sane vcore in the 1.275v to 1.312
And AVX offset = 2.

I9-9900K
4.8 100%
4.9 86%
5.0 39%
5.1 8%

If you did not include the avx offset, your failure could be because that instruction appeared in your workload.

You could simply reduce the oc from 4.9 to 4.8.

Another possibility is to try the intel performance maximizer app:

Run HCI mem test 1000% coverage
One instance of HCI per cpu thread divided by how much available ram u have .

I think your Rams unstable.

Then if u pass 1000% on HCI on all threads then it's the cpu vcore
