A $25 Rosewill case, is it good or no

Solution

should work in that case. do you have any other case options?
It has a good number of cooling options which makes it as good as many other cases in that respect. However, obviously, they cannot make a case that good, for that cheap, without cutting back somewhere. My guess would be in the materials.

Now a case doesn't have to be made out of high-quality material. If you build a system, place it in it's location and never touch it again, it could be made out of cardboard and work just as well. I've bought a $14 case ($24 minus $10 coupon) and $20 worth of cooling fans and it still works fine to this day.

what are the specifications of the rest of your pc's parts?

the rosewill case's weak points may be
all molex fans - will rotate at max speed, may cause noise issues. lack of fan speed control.
specs don't mention max clearance for cpu cooler.
seems to be no room behind motherboard tray, may hinder cable management.
very small openngs for cable routing.
entry level construction.

In the cardboard case defense, I built my dad a $100 rig with a cardboard case.

As of right now these are the specs
Intel i5 4460 CPU, EVGA GeForce 750, and a Gigabyte H81-D3 Mobo, and 8gb but there is not intention of overclocking so I intended to use the stock Intel fan

Its a $25 case - there are hundreds about - expect bog standard features & fairly poor cooling.
An extra $15 gets you a cooler master elite ,an extra $25 gets you a deepcool kendomen.
A 100% increase sounds a lot but that $25 extra gets you good build quality ,good cable management options,usb3 ports & absolutely sublime preinstalled cooling.
