A Case with top-clearance for fans

I have my PCPartPicker list. It shows me lot of cases like Corsair Spec 03, Thermaltake Versa N27, Phantom 410 etc but what it does not show is will I get clearance for fans on the top, just above the motherboard. I want to put 2-3 fans both in front and on top

How can I know or measure this ?

For detailed info you would go to the manufacturers web site. They usually have better and more detailed info than shopping sites. As an example, the Thermaltake from your Partpicker list.

I just watched more than 100s of videos with this motherboard and different motherboards with AM4 setup and it seems to fit fine even with 3 fans on top.
