A cooler for AMD 8350 without removing the M.B?

Solution
Correct, do you see the hole in the upper right corner? That will allow you to mount any cooler you want as you have access to the back of the motherboard.

As long as your motherboard tray has a cutout around the CPU socket, you shouldn't ever have to remove the motherboard to install a new CPU cooler. At the budget end, the Coolermaster Hyper 212 evo is a great option, if you have a bit more to spend, then a Corsair H100i, or Noctua NH-D15 are great upgrades.

I am very bad at these stuff, I don`t know if my M.B has this or not...it is a MSI 990FXA-GD80 if that helps.

Offhand mate the 2 I can think of that will do a decent job are
Cooler master hyper t4
Deepcool gamaxx 300

Only 2 120mm coolers that I know use the amd stock brackets.

The t4 is the best slightly of those but only mounts vertically on amd boards which to me is wrong.

Ahh, perfect. I was thinking of getting Noctua NH-D14 as I hear it is one the best air cooled heat sinks on the market. I guess what left is to figure out of this fits in my case.
This is the dimensions for the case: 54 x 20 x 46 cm.
And this is for the NH-D14 , Height (with fan): 160 mm
So it should fit easily correct?

I have a NH-D14. It actually fits in most modern cases. Noctua and Phanteks etc.... also have good downdraft coolers that also cool your chipsets as a bonus if you are space challenged.
