Any help would be greatly appreciated. Yesterday, my new build was operating fine (and at perfectly normal temps) until in-game it just powered off and won't turn back on.
I had just upgraded my system from a 5800X (obviously on an AM4 platform, inc. MB and DDR4 RAM 32GB) to a 9800X3D, new MB and DDR5 RAM (64GB). Specs below.
Cooler: Corsair iCue Elite H100i
MB: MSI B650M MAG Mortar
RAM: 2 x 32GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5
GPU: Palit 4070
PSU: Corsair RM850
Drives: 2 x 2TB NVME, 1 x 500GB SSD
My suspicions naturally went to my PSU but 850w should be capable enough to run this system, but I'm happy to be corrected.
Have tried reseating RAM so far, and testing with just one stick, no sign of life. The only clue I had is that before the system clicked into gear, I did get yellow/red lights on the motherboard.
Please let me know if you can suggest a route to find the solution!
