A Dead Pixel?

Hi,
I just noticed a green dot on my screen and it isn't a dirty spot. I turn off and on the monitor and the green dot was still there. So how do i fix it?

You can't. It's normal for flatscreens to have dead pixels, I think the guarantee goes from 5 dead pixels or something, so techincally your screen can have up to 5 dead pixels without you being able to do anything about it.
