A device unknown to me had been on my wifi usage for 3 days.e

Trying to figure out what it could be.,I didn't have a guest for 3 days. "chiconE-DB83" was it's name. My girlfriend has a Toshiba laptop,I've since found out "chicony" makes the camera in those things. Trying to get to the bottom of this..thanks

A device that attempts to connect but fails (doesn't get an IP) could still show up in the client list of some routers.
