"A device which does not exist was specified"
I just bought a new Seagate 2TB harddisk and while configuring it in disk management everything goes perfect until its list step.
Formatting windows says it can't format the disk, I have used the CMD to clean the disk and converted it to MBR from GPT But still windows keeps saying that "A device which does not exist was specified" when i try to open that drive.
I also tried switching the cables in Mobo and also in my new hard drive but the issue still persists while all the cables are working properly if I connect them to my old hard disk. I am thinking that maybe the prob is with the new hard drive can you guys plz help me out on this?
