Question Headset doesn't work

Hello!

I bought a new headset that works perfectly fine on my brother's laptop. His laptop only has one port btw.
My laptop (from Tong Fang) has two ports but it doesn't recognize the headset. My previous headset worked just fine, but for some reason this one doesn't.

I tried contacting Tong Fang but still no response. What should I do?

That is a fairly generic device. Just search for "audio to USB-C" at your favorite on-line site.
