Question A disk read error occurred

I've recently just changed my power supply to a new one, due to the previous one being broken (no power). When I changed it, it booted normally but then a couple of hours in to it suddenly crashed and then went into bios saying "No Bootable Device is detected", I played around with it a couple of minutes and then it now recognizes the hard drive but it shows "A disk read error occured".

Does anyone know how to fix this? Many thanks in advance.

use the Chkdsk utility to scan the drive and possibly repair any errors detected.

so you would connect it to another system
