[SOLVED] A doubt with hardware-accelerated gpu scheduling

Hi Guys!.
My doubts are if it's necessary to turn off this feature before to make a clean install of new graphics drivers. (fromNividia)

My steps are
1:safe mode,ddu, uninstall old drivers.
2:install new ones.

btw is recommended to have it on in this setup?
I7 4790 3.60Mhz
Gigabyte GA-H97-Gaming 3
G Skill RipjawsX 16GB 2x8
WDC black 1 1000gb 7200rpm
EVGA Geforce GTX 1070 SC GAMING
PSU Thermaltake Smart 650w 80 Plus Bronze Modular

Never had a problem...but who knows, better to prevent than later have to fix.

1:safe mode,ddu, uninstall old drivers.

Uninstall old drivers, safe Mode, DDU. Fixed it for you. You always run DDU after removing drivers, never before.

As for your question, I don't see it as being an issue. It's more a windows thing, and as long as both your cards support it then it doesn't matter.
