[SOLVED] A dreadful problem

Hi guys,

Everything went so wrong with my PC. I had stuttering caused by the GPU, then I got a blue screen which made my PC looped in a disc repairing mode and then automatic repair mode. I can't log in because of a LogOn error, I can't restore windows in any way nor uninstall recent system updates. Dism and Sfc don't work at all on the command prompt. I can't even boot PC in safe mode. What can I do with it?

Is there any way I could do a backup of any data at that point? From BIOS maybe?

no. you suppose to do backup regularly, before there issue with the system.
do you have another working pc?
