I keep getting this message over and over and its causing me headach, could anyone help.
Each time i try to boot it just keep on repeating the same words. I have even tried different hard drives and nvme ssd as well as different ram sticks with no avail.
My setup is:
I5-7400
Amd Rx 580
Asus prime b-250 A

Unfortunately i cant boot the pc to try it i will try and connect it to laptop and then try it.
Note that the same thing happens on any dard drive i have and they all working properly as portable drives.

Additionally sometimes it tells me to choose RAID. I couldn't enable because it wasn't there, i saw the other options (AHCI and intel optane memory) but not RAID.

There is a problem with storage device. SMART is warning about the problem.
If you turn off the warning, that doesn't make problem with storage device to go away.
You just don't see the warning anymore.
Bad advice.

If SMART has been turned off, you can't check health anymore.

Who told you that ? Maybe not thru BIOS but thru programs. You can't turn off SMART on disk , it's in it's firmware, turning SMART check off in BIOS just turns off checking in BIOS before booting. Once booted it's available for seeing and checking.
