A few desktop icons randomly moving

As stated above I'm having a very weird occurrence. Sometimes when I will log back on one or two of my desktop icons have moved about 1 place out of its original position. Today I even had one move back out of a folder that I recently put it in. Any help is appreciated thanks.
EDIT: Yes, auto-arrange is off

Windows 10
Asus b85m-g
amd RX460
i5 4670k

I was looking for solution for your problem and I think I found one:
a) Right-click on the Desktop and choose Personalize
b) click on Themes
c) click on Desktop icon settings
d) in this next box, "uncheck the box" for "Allow themes to change desktop icons"
e) click "apply" OR "ok" and you're done

I've actually already done that. Didn't seem to help
