His PC specs:

MOBO: MSI Z490 Plus

Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240L 240mm Water Cooling Kit (If relevant)

Intel Core i7 10700K @ 3.8GHZ

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 with 8GB of GDDR6 RAM

32GB DDR4 @ 3.2k RAM

Windows 10 Pro

The prebuilt model should be "The PowerSpec G436"

Drivers and Windows all appear up to date. Unknown PSU.

Are there any common issues that someone might be aware of that relates to any of this hardware?

Check temps for starters. Make sure Windows, and all drivers are up to date. Given that is a PowerSpec prebuild, it probably has a PSU of the same branding. You will have to open the case to get the exact model. CPU-Z should be able to tell you what motherboard you have.

Did he pick this up at MicroCenter as that is their house brand?

Either way, one reason we buy new things is warranty. If you are having issues with a brand new prebuilt, I'd contact the seller.

IDK about contacting MicroCenter.

Yes. I think temps have been eliminated and I posted the MOBO.

Here's the error message from the latest crash. Crashed after ~30 minutes. Suspected OperaGX browser might've been the problem but this crash happened after uninstalling it.

Cooling , bad case airflow cheap powersupply/ motherboard are common one msi mb are ok but some times not. When gaming prebuilts can be on the low end. Thermal paste may have been applied incorrectly. Drivers . Make sure their up to date . Sounds like temps to me what games are crashing?
